Below you will find a full day of fitness classes and workshops. You can attend the full schedule or you can take a break at any time in the day and enjoy the spa or other hotel amenities.

Each day will include 3 fitness classes, 3 health workshops, 3 meals (snacks are available at the workshops) and a river walk along the Sacramento River. You'll also have a 2 hour 'Free Time' session which allows you to participate in our creative workshop, enjoy the spa services or relax in your own personal space.

May 1st , 2014. Please see the 2013 schedule below. The time schedule will be the same with different classes and workshops.
