Our Menu

The LafemmeVie Wellness Retreat menu is based upon  1200kcal/day not including any beverages, snacks or dressings. Vegetarian and Vegan options are available. Each registrant will be able to select there meals upon registration.

Breakfast

B1: Scrambled Egg Whites (2) with grilled portabella mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.(no butter—olive oil only--or goat cheese) W/sliced oranges 205 calories per person                                                

B2: Oatmeal with Skim Milk and Dried Fruit Medley 262 calories per person                                                                                  


Lunch

L1: Orange and Fennel Grilled Salmon (5oz) red cabbage and fennel salad with oranges and toasted pepitas 303 calories per serving
